We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the United Kingdom.

Processing time

In-stock items are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom-made orders take longer; we'll confirm timing on your quote.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 4–8 business days
• Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Shipping cost

Shipping is currently included in the displayed price — there are no surprise fees at checkout.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Returns

You may return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.

To start a return, email info@cresde.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
