Manufacturing
How we manufacture your teamwear
We are a manufacturer, not a reseller. Every wholesale order is cut and sewn to your design from a defined library of 23 standard fabric constructions, decorated by full sublimation, cut & sew panelling or in-house embroidery, and inspected before it ships.

What this means for your order
- You choose the fabric by specification, not by guesswork — composition, weight and construction are published for every option.
- Sublimation prints unlimited colours at no extra cost per colour, so a complex design costs the same as a simple one.
- Crests, sponsor marks and captain bands are embroidered in-house alongside custom neck labelling.
- One order can cover sizes S–2XL, so juniors and adults come from the same production run and the same dye lot.
- Weights are held to ±5 GSM, so a repeat order in six months feels like the first one.
Order terms
- Minimum order: 10 pieces per design.
- Lead time: 1–3 weeks from approved artwork, depending on quantity and decoration.
- Size range: S–2XL in one production run.
- Quotes and a design mock-up are returned within 1 business day.
This library covers the constructions we currently hold in active production. If you need something outside it, send the specification — we will tell you honestly whether we can source it.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you manufacture yourself or resell?
- We manufacture. Cutting, sublimation printing, sewing, embroidery, labelling and final inspection happen in our own production facility, which is why we can publish the fabric specifications we work to and hold a ±5 GSM tolerance on repeat orders.
- What is the minimum order?
- 10 pieces per design. Pricing is tiered by volume, so most clubs and schools order a full squad or year-group set in one run to get the best per-unit price.
- How long does production take?
- 1–3 weeks from approved artwork, depending on quantity and decoration. Quotes and a design mock-up come back within 1 business day.
- Can I get a physical sample before committing to a full run?
- Yes. For new designs we produce a sample so fit, colour and fabric handle are confirmed before the full order is cut.
- Can you match a fabric we already use?
- Send us the specification — composition, weight and construction — or a physical swatch. We will tell you which of our constructions is the closest match, or say honestly if we cannot match it.
- Do you produce garments outside sport?
- The library covers teamwear, lifestyle polos and tees, tracksuits, outerwear, bags and towels. If your garment is built from one of these constructions, we can quote it.
