Manufacturing

From brief to delivery

Every order runs through the same 10 steps. Nothing is cut before you have approved a mock-up, and nothing ships before it has been inspected against that mock-up.

The production run

  1. Sample room with tracksuits, training tops and leggings on rails by category
    1

    Brief

You send the garment, quantity, size split and deadline. We recommend a fabric from the library and confirm whether the timeline is realistic.

  2. Design office with a wall of fabric colour swatches
    2

    Artwork & mock-up

We produce a design mock-up with your crest, colours, names, numbers and any sponsor placement, and return it with pricing within one business day.

  3. Approved colour swatches pinned to boards by colour family
    3

    Sampling & approval

For new designs or first-time customers we produce a physical sample so fit, colour and fabric handle are confirmed before the full run. Nothing is cut until the mock-up is approved.

  4. Spreading machine feeding fabric onto the cutting table
    4

    Fabric preparation

The approved construction is pulled and inspected for weight and shade consistency, so the whole order comes from one dye lot.

  5. Row of large-format sublimation printers in the print room
    5

    Sublimation printing

Artwork is printed to transfer paper and bonded into the fabric under heat and pressure, panel by panel, before anything is cut.

  6. Laser cutter cutting printed panels from the roll
    6

    Cutting

Panels are laid and cut to the graded pattern for every size in the order, from S to 2XL.

  7. Sewing line assembling garments at the machines
    7

    Sewing

Panels are assembled on the line, with collars, cuffs, side panels and any cut & sew colour blocking joined in sequence.

  8. Multi-head embroidery machine line threaded and running
    8

    Embroidery & labelling

Crests, sponsor marks and captain bands are embroidered in-house, and custom neck and care labels are applied.

  9. Finished garment being pressed at the finishing station
    9

    Quality control

Every piece is inspected against the approved mock-up — print registration, stitching, sizing and decoration placement — before it is folded.

  10. 10

    Packing & dispatch

Pieces are folded, bagged and packed by size, then dispatched with tracked delivery.

Frequently asked questions

When do you start cutting?
Only after you have approved the mock-up. Artwork approval is the gate — nothing is printed or cut before it.
Will the whole order be the same shade?
Yes. The full quantity is pulled from one dye lot and inspected for weight and shade consistency before printing, so a size S matches a size 2XL.
What is checked before dispatch?
Every piece is inspected against the approved mock-up: print registration, stitching, sizing and the placement of names, numbers and crests.
When should I order for a September start?
Approve artwork in July. With a 1–3 week production window that leaves room for sampling and delivery before the term begins.
