Manufacturing
Your label. Our factory.
If you already sell kit and clothing to clubs, schools or companies, you do not need another supplier who competes with you. You need a factory. We make the garment, you put your name on it, and your customer never hears ours.
Tell us what you are being asked forWhat this actually means
We are the factory, not a middleman
We own and run the production floor — cutting, sewing, sublimation, cut and sew panels, embroidery. Nothing is subcontracted to a factory we have never seen, because it is our factory. That is where your margin comes from: you are not paying somebody else's markup on top of production.
Your brand, end to end
Woven neck labels, printed care and composition labels, hang tags, polybags and box labelling all carry your identity. There is no Cresde branding anywhere on the garment or the packaging unless you ask for it.
1–3 weeks, not a season
Overseas bulk manufacturing typically runs 8–12 weeks plus shipping, which means you are quoting a customer in March for a September delivery. We work in 1–3 weeks from approved artwork, so you can say yes to a club that needs kit for the start of the season.
A UK company to invoice
Mantar Tech Limited is registered in the UK (16897467). You are contracting with a UK entity, not managing an import relationship, chasing a factory across time zones or carrying customs risk yourself.
What carries your brand
Every touch point the end customer sees can be yours:
- Woven neck label
- Printed care and composition label
- Hang tag and swing ticket
- Polybag and garment packaging
- Outer carton labelling
- Packing list and delivery note
We can also produce to your existing label spec if you already have artwork and a supplier for labels — we will simply apply what you send us.
Who this is for
- Teamwear brands and kit suppliers selling under their own name
- Print and embroidery shops who currently buy blanks and want garments that do not exist as blanks
- Promotional products and merchandise distributors supplying corporate clothing
- Retailers and clubs launching their own apparel line
The reasons resellers actually change supplier
We have written these plainly rather than as selling points, because if none of them are true for you there is no reason to move.
The lead time loses you the order
A club decides in July and needs kit in August. If your supplier quotes twelve weeks, that order goes somewhere else.
The colourway does not exist as a blank
Buying blanks limits you to what the blank manufacturer decided to make. With full sublimation and cut and sew panels, the design decides the garment rather than the other way round.
Small runs are not worth quoting
A single age group or a staff order is often too small to be profitable through a bulk importer. Ours start at 10 pieces per design.
You cannot see the factory
When something goes wrong with an anonymous overseas supplier you have no one to call. Our production floor is documented on this site, photograph by photograph.
What we can build
16 garment groups across 23 fabric constructions, with sublimation, cut and sew, embroidery and 7 logo application methods. Sizes S–2XL.

How a first order runs
1
You send the brief
Garment, quantities, size split, deadline, and your artwork or a reference photo. If you do not have artwork yet, a sketch and colour references are enough to start.
2
We quote and mock up
Price and a design visual come back within 1 business day. The quote is per piece at your quantity, so you can price your own customer immediately.
3
Sample if you want one
For a first order we recommend a pre-production sample so you can check fabric, fit and print in your hand before the full run. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.
4
Production and delivery
1–3 weeks from approved artwork. Delivered to you, or split-shipped to your customer with your paperwork inside.
Your customers stay your customers
We do not contact, quote or sell to the clubs, schools or companies you bring us. We do not put our name on your garments. If you want it in writing before you share your customer list, we will sign it — ask when you get in touch.
White label questions
- Will your name appear anywhere on the product?
- No. Neck labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging carry your brand. There is no Cresde marking on the garment, the packaging or the paperwork unless you specifically ask for it.
- Can you produce to our existing designs and patterns?
- Yes. Send your tech pack, pattern or a sample garment and we will work to it. If you do not have a tech pack, we can develop one from your artwork and a fit reference — that becomes yours to keep.
- What is the minimum and what does a first order usually look like?
- 10 pieces per design. Most first orders are one design in one colourway across a size run, ordered deliberately small to test us before committing a season's worth of business. That is the right way to do it.
- Can you drop-ship to our customer?
- Yes, with your delivery note and your packaging. The end customer sees your brand only.
- How do samples work?
- A pre-production sample is made to your approved artwork so you can check fabric, fit and print before the bulk run. It is charged, and the cost is credited against the production order when you proceed.
- Where is production and what does that mean for us?
- Our factory is in Turkey and the contracting company, Mantar Tech Limited, is registered in the UK (16897467). You invoice and deal with a UK entity; we handle production and logistics. Turkey to UK is a short freight route, which is a large part of why the lead time is 1–3 weeks rather than a season.
